Russia: 9 killed in airplane emergency landing in Far East

VLADIVOSTOK, (Xinhua): An An-28 plane made an emergency landing in the Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia's Far East region on Wednesday, killing nine people onboard, the Itar-Tass news agency reported.
