Pakistan: Explosions kills six in Peshawar

PESHAWAR, (Dawn): At least six people were killed in an explosion inside a mosque in the northwestern city of Peshawar on Saturday, SP Peshawar city Khalid Hamdani said.


Over 28 people were also injured in the blast that took place inside the Ganj Ali Khan mosque near the city’s Shaheen bazaar.

Reports said the mosque’s imam was among those killed in the explosion which was caused using five to six kilograms of explosives.
