| Awards for Excellence The Crescent Summer School Project (CSSP)
The Crescent Summer School Project (CSSP) scheme was set up in the Dallow and Biscot wards of Luton to address poor infrastructure and recreational facilities. The scheme, which was developed by Sujel Miah in particular, attracted over 300 young people and involved them in diversionary activities. The CSSP enabled young people to discuss issues such as racism, Islamophobia, community cohesion, crime, bullying, identity, and career aspirations.
