| Awards for Excellence Ahmad Al-Rawi
Under the leadership of Ahmad Al-Rawi, the Federation of Islamic Organisations in Europe (FIOE), which is based in Leicestershire, has lobbied for Muslim rights across Europe. It has set up a number of institutions to serve the Muslim community and promotes understanding of global cultures and faiths. It has established the Institute for Humanities, with branches in the UK and France. Al-Rawi helped set up the European Council for Fatwa and Research. |
