Kazakhstan: 15 killed in traffic accident near Kazakhstan's capital

ASTANA, (Xinhua): A collision of a truck and a bus happened 30 miles away from Astana, capital of Kazakhstan, killing 15 people and injuring another 16, local police said on Monday.
According to the police, the truck driver steered his vehicle into the wrong direction, thus resulting in a head-on collision with the bus. The two drivers died immediately, and half of the 26 passengers on the bus died.
Besides, an Audi car closely following the bus was also damaged in the accident, leaving the driver seriously injured and two passengers hurt. All wounded people have been sent to the nearby hospital.
